I've noticed that more people are choosing vacation rental homes when traveling these days than simply heading to the nearest hotel.

Staying at a vacation home is especially convenient for large families who would otherwise have to book several hotel rooms to accommodate everyone.
I would love to spend a sunny week during the winter in a Caribbean vacation home.
