It's a page rank roller coaster and it makes no sense. I don't understand how the worth of my sites can go up and down every few months, especially on a site that has never broken a Google regulation. When a blog is lowered to zero it is eventually restored just to have the page rank reduced once again. So what's the point?
All that I know for sure is that whether one of my blogs is ranking at 0 or a 4, it still has the exact same amount of daily traffic and still makes the same amount of money in Adsense, Chitika ads, etc. So if your page rank goes down don't waste your time worrying about it. Focus on creating a steady stream of daily traffic and gaining new readers. Search engines will pick up your content, even if if your page rank is 0.
Despite Google Page Rank inconsistency's, I'm a big fan of Google, not only could I not survive without FireFox, I absolutely love their new contest where they will giving away $10 million for the world's best ideas.
