The Face Of Johann Sebastian Bach

Modern technology has given us a rare glimpse into the past with the reconstruction of Johann Sebastian Bach's face.

Although the infamous composer died in 1750, anthropologist Caroline Wilkinson of Scotland was able to use advanced computer modeling technology and a copper replica of Bach's skull to recreate the face of the man who had only one portrait sitting in his lifetime.

The Bach bust will be on display in Eisenach, Germany at the Bach Museum between March 21 until November 9, 2008.
